PLEASE NOTE:

In line with FICA and Reserve Bank Regulations, for all transactions processed larger than R5000, we may require additional paperwork (vouchers, proof of delivery, and any other FICA pertaining to the sale or to your business that the bank may ask us for). Failing to supply the correct documents could result in payment delays.

If your business will be trading in large amounts regularly, we recommend that you protect yourself against disputes by obtaining a proof of delivery/delivery note which verifies that the customer has received their goods/services in order and keep it with your merchant copy transaction voucher.

As we are providing banking services, we have to adhere to FICA regulations. Therefore, upon submission of this agreement, you will be requested to submit the following documents to verify your account with us. A Copy of ID, Proof of Address, Business Registration (if your business is registered) and 3 Months Bank Statement. The bank statement provided will also be used for any settlements and / or debit orders on your WAPPoint account.
