Sales Executive & Customer Service – Card Machines & POS Solutions

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Somerset West. This role is ideal for someone who understands the payments space and has a proven track record in selling card machines and/or point of sale (POS) solutions.

Location: Helderberg (Somerset West office-based)


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow an active sales pipeline
  • Sell card machines and POS solutions to SMEs and larger businesses
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable payment solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling card machines or POS systems (non-negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work from our Somerset West office
  • Must reside in the Helderberg area
  • Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
  • Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
