Any card sales done on the device are settled to your bank account (and not to your wallet) so you have full control of how much you keep in your wallet.
Transactions are settled to your bank account within 1-2 business days. If you prefer to be settled into the VAS wallet, the funds will be deposited within 1 business day of the transaction date.
Unfortunately the monthly expense of the PrintPOS does not justify the commission that you will make on the vending products if you are not also running a business or selling other items. Therefore, we do not sell this product to individuals who are looking to start an airtime or VAS business unless you’re willing to make the once off investment to purchase the machine outright.
Absolutely, customers can pay by cash or card, whichever is most convenient to the customer.
Yes we offer 24/7/365 support and we can access the machine remotely to fix any errors or issues that arise.
