An integrated solution allows you to seamlessly send the transaction from the point of sale app to the card machine and back again and helps with your reconciliation process later on. If you don’t have an integrated device, you’ll need to handle them as two separate systems and always match the card transaction to the point of sale transaction manually. This can cause frustration for customers as the transaction takes slightly longer to complete and in the background, human errors could occur making reconciliation a difficulty.
