GreenPOS Rental gives you a fully functional card machine without the upfront cost. Whether you need a month-to-month solution or a short-term EXPO rental, this option is built for flexibility, speed, and reliability.

Rental options & pricing

Month-to-Month Rental (min 2 months)

• FREE rental if turnover exceeds R25,000 per month

• R229 (Ex VAT) per month if turnover is below R25,000

• R50 per month insurance (ex VAT)

EXPO / Short-Term Rental (up to 3 weeks)

• Ideal for exhibitions, promotions, and temporary events

• Pricing and availability subject to application

Once-off costs

• R200 (Ex VAT) activation & delivery (Ts & Cs apply)

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees start at 2.75% (Ex VAT) for Credit & Debit Cards and 3.75% for Foreign Cards.
Your transaction fee is based on your monthly card turnover—the more you process, the lower your rate. This means your costs scale down as your business grows.

• Credit & Debit fees apply to South African-issued Visa & Mastercard transactions

• Foreign card fees apply when customers pay using an international card

• Your turnover band is reviewed as your volumes increase, so you’re never stuck on a higher rate

• If you already have a card machine, simply send us your current statement or quote and we’ll aim to beat your existing rates
