LOYALTY PLUS CONTRACT – Terms & Conditions

LoyaltyPlus and WAPPoint are separate and independent service providers. LoyaltyPlus and WAPPoint are not affiliated entities, and their relationship is solely that of a service provider and client. Therefore, LoyaltyPlus does not assume any responsibility or liability for any actions, incidents, or consequences related to WAPPoint’S services, including but not limited to the availability, performance, security, or accuracy of WAPPoint’s products.

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the following, activity can result in immediate termination of the loyalty program membership should the loyalty program provider feel this is necessary and may lead to legal action against the member or any responsible 3de party.

• Knowingly providing false or misleading information during the registration process or at any point during participation in the loyalty program.
• Engaging in any form of unauthorized or illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorized access to another member’s account, hacking, or identity theft.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the loyalty program’s rewards, points, or benefits through fraudulent means, including creating multiple accounts, collusion, or any other activity deemed fraudulent by the loyalty program provider.
• Making false claims or submitting fraudulent documentation to receive rewards or benefits.
• Intentionally misusing or misrepresenting the loyalty program features or policies for personal gain or to defraud the loyalty program provider or other members.

The loyalty program provider reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity and take appropriate action. The loyalty program provider shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of fraudulent activities by members or any third parties.

The LoyaltyPlus software, including any associated applications, code, and intellectual property, is protected by the applicable laws. Users agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the software.

• Users acknowledge and agree that any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the LoyaltyPlus software may result in civil and criminal penalties.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials and account information confidential. The loyalty program provider shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of user accounts resulting from the user’s failure to protect their login credentials.
• Users acknowledge and agree that no security measures are infallible, and the loyalty program provider shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of user data.
• Users shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the software, including but not limited to introducing viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.
