Transaction fees explained

Transaction fees start from:

• 2.75% (ex VAT) – South African Visa & Mastercard (Credit & Debit)

• 3.75% – Foreign-issued cards

Your final rate depends on your monthly card turnover. Transaction fees can decrease as your business grows and processes more transactions.

• Foreign rates apply to international cards

• Turnover bands are reviewed regularly, so you’re never locked into a higher rate
