We operate like a bank so we will require the following documents to process your application. Please email to [email protected]

Please submit the following docs:

Copy of your ID, preferably certified and not older than 3 months
Copy of your Company Registration documents if the business is registered
Proof of Address (not older than 3 months)
3 Months Bank Statement. If your business is new, we will require a copy of your personal bank statement as well.
Completed merchant agreement if you wish to process transactions larger than R5000 or turnover in excess of R100k per month. Save trees by downloading an App called “Adobe Fill & Sign” to conveniently sign this electronically.
3 References who can vouch for your business.
